Fees & Policies


Return office calls are normally $165, but can vary with the level of service.

Payment is expected at time of service. While I prefer checks or cash, I do accept both credit and debit cards as well as Venmo. I have no dealings of any kind with any insurance provider, Medicare, or lawyers. While I will provide you with a "superbill" that can be submitted for reimbursement, our office will not be involved with any issues that arise related to insurance. I do not recode, resubmit, or talk to insurance companies or lawyers.

Cancellation and late policies

I respect your time and do my best to begin appointments on time. If you are going to be late, please call or email me if possible. I will accommodate you to the best of my ability, but will shorten your treatment session if otherwise it would run into next patient's scheduled time.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give 24 hours notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 charge; no-shows are charged the full cost of the visit. Note that if you need to cancel on short notice because of the sudden onset of flu or COVID-19 type symptoms, there will be no charge as long as I am contacted at least 2 hours in advance.


IMPORTANT! When you have successfully made an appointment on the scheduler, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not get a confirmation e-mail, you do not have an appointment. When you get the confirmation, please double-check the date and time to make sure it's what you wanted & that you've entered it correctly in whatever other calendar you use.
