We are located in Apartment #118 in the Circa at Green Lake development off the street level plaza that can be accessed through gates either on the E Green Lake Way N side of the complex [next to Turnpike Pizza] or the Woodlawn side [next to the Circa office]. The exact location of my office is marked by a star in the map below.

The gates to the plaza are locked, but you can buzz me by pressing "118" and then the "Call" button. If I do not respond because I am working on another patient, you can buzz the Circa office by pressing "005" and then the "Call" button between 9 and 5.

There is usually adequate street parking in this area during our normal business hours. Circa at Green Lake does have an underground garage that is free at present. The  entrance is off E Green Lake Way N on Fourth Avenue, which is just past Spud’s. You can park in any available space. After going up the stairs or the elevator, turn left and go out the door. Go through the gate and my office [#118] is on your right. There is a small green maple tree outside between two black metal chairs; one of the Chinese characters from our logo is in the window.

Bus

Many buses go to the East Green Lake area. Those closest to our office are 16 and 26.

Driving Directions:

From I-5 North:

• Take exit 171 toward NE 71st St/NE 65th St
• Merge onto 6th Ave NE
• Turn right at  NE 75th St
• Turn left at E Green Lake Way N
• Circa will be on your left

From I-5 South:

• Take exit 170 for Ravenna Blvd. toward NE 65th St
• Turn left at 8th Ave NE
• Slight left at NE Ravenna Blvd.
• Turn left at E Green Lake Way N
• Circa will be on your left
